PAVEDOT PEP RALLY

PAVEDOT pep talks are designed to help the playmakers understand the importance of purpose. It is our belief that understanding “why” is important to the group producing positive energy for one another.

Team leaders are essential to executing the vision of any group.  Leaders offer guidance to all members of the team to ensure they are fulfilling their roles.   PAVEDOT coaches will use an icebreaker game to find out who has what it take to lead a team to victory in the PAVEDOT Challenge

Team sports help teach adolescents accountability, dedication, manage emotions and achieve personal and  collective goals. Also helps individuals show empathy for others.  PAVEDOT Challenge team requirements:  Teams will have coaches (staff members)   Team name (group pick)
